I create content for my client and some of that content is FAQs. It would be nice to receive, or go to a database of, chat transcripts everytime a chat occcurs. If there are questions assked that we don’t have content for, then it would save a lot of time finding them and we can write the answers quickly. Currently sending transcripts is a manual process and I can’t expect them to do this everytime. (They ask, You Answer!)
I need the transcript sent to two supervisors for quality control. This would save loads of time.
