When I open a company in HubSpot, there’s a bunch of AI-generated content under the “Catch-up” tab (see screenshot) and I’m wondering if there’s any way to retrieve it via API. I’m 99% sure the answer is no, but figured I’d ask just to be sure.

You’re correct as of now. There’s no API documented for retrieving the AI-generated insights. I found a similar thread here asking the same question.
That said, I still am not able to find any feature requests for this. I encourage you to consider creating a post on our Ideas Forum here.
