I deleted the Default pipeline and it is messing up my CRM integration with Betterword. I need help figuring out how to restore this original default deal pipeline with its original stage IDs. I cannot manually recreate it as I need the original stage IDs to make the integration work. Any tips?

There are no restoration options for pipelines in the user interface, unfortunately.
Your only chance is HubSpot support (in-app via chat or email, via the icon in the top menu bar), available in all paid subscriptions. If you upgrade for a month to any paid subscription or do a Professional trial, support might be able to restore the pipeline for you.
