As our teams and our workflows become more complex, we’ve all faced the panic of a broken automation. A simple, accidental change can have a major impact. We’ve seen firsthand how a key action can get deleted and a critical business process is at risk.
While the existing revision history is helpful, a major gap exists: there is no way to instantly revert a workflow to a previous, working version. This forces teams to manually rebuild broken workflows, which is time-consuming and often leads to more errors.
I propose adding a comprehensive Workflow Version Control System directly into the HubSpot platform. This would allow users to:
- Instantly revert a workflow to any previous version with a single click.
- Easily compare versions to see exactly what was changed.
- Save time on troubleshooting and eliminate the fear of making a mistake.
