Remove steps from sequences on user level

Hi guys,

I don’t believe this is a feature, but it would be great to have the ability to remove certain steps from a sequence on an individual user level when enrolling a contact.

For my use case, we have a number of different sales sequences that include tasks like “follow up call” or “connect on LinkedIn”; however, there are contacts that don’t have a LinkedIn page or provide a phone number upon sign up.

So, I would like to ability when enrolling a contact to remove a step in the sequence so that my task list isn’t overloaded with tasks I can’t even perform.

If this is already possible, I’m all ears.

Hi there,

I was looking for the feature that Maia menetions but unfortunately I did not find a way to remove calls or LI activities for a contact enrolled in a sequence. I hope that we will see the feature soon on Hubspot! :slightly_smiling_face: I have used it on other tools like SalesLoft and it saves a lot of time and effort.
