Please, Please, PLEASE, update Hubspot to be able to mass remove companies/groups of contacts from a sequence. You can add up to 50 contacts at a time into a sequence, however you have to manually remove each person from a sequence. This is very time consuming, if you have a company that has 100+ contacts enrolled and now you need to remove them from a sequence, you have to one by one to and unenroll them. Make it possible to be able to select a group of those contacts in either the contacts list or make a filter possible in the sequence side and be able to select the people just like when you are mass enrolling a group of 50 people, but make it possible to unenroll them PLEASE.
***Also “tagging” would be nice to be able to categorize contacts/companies by tags.
Agreed. An example we have currently is we have contacts that have been enrolled in multiple sequences from a former employee and we cannot unenroll all of them without manually clicking into hundreds of contact records, which is time wasting. There are options to mass unenroll (with a limit of the page count) from the summary page for the sequence itself, but the former employee has had folks enrolled in multiple sequences which is the loophole here.
We can’t even create a workflow to remove them from what we can tell. There’s a mass “enroll” by using a list or by using the contacts view, but not sure why there’s not an “unenroll” option as this would make the most sense.
Upvoting this idea.
We enroll in thousands, unenrolling one by one is just not possible.
Any news on this? We MUST be able to suppress companies with contacts enrolled in sequences from lists and views.
