Is there a way to be able to keep re-using the same email to send to different people? I say this because I need to send out planned maintenance emails every now and then but it seems that I have to keep creating new emails every time i need to send one. Is there an option to be able to just re-use the one that I created, edit the text and send that out. It seems daft as in support we send out planned maintenance emails or the time and if i have to keep creating a new email every time i will end up with hundreds.

To resend the same emila again and again, you would need to create it as an automated email (available on marketing pro) and then send it to your list of recipients via workflow. This would allow you to edit and update the email when you need to and just re-enroll the recipient list into the workflow when you need to send the updated version.
If you do not have Marketing Pro then my suggestion would be to systematically archive old versions so as not to clog your list of marketing emails. It is not possible to send the same email again and again but if you are not concerned with the metrics of these emails then you could just remove them from your HubSpot as you go.
