Sending the Same Automated Email Multiple Times in One Workflow

Hi!
I’m wondering if I can send the same automated email multiple times in the same workflow.

I have a workflow sending automated email reminders to complete forms. The workflow is set to send the same reminder email multiple times, but will it continue to send to the same contact multiple times, or do I need to create a new email for each new reminder I send?

I know for regular emails it won’t send to the same contact multiple times - just wondering if this is the same for automated emails.

Hi @LaurenWittschen,

You can reuse an automated email in a workflow as many times as you like :slightly_smiling_face:

You would add a new workflow action to send an automated email each time, but HubSpot doesn’t care whether it’s the same one.

What do I need to do to send it every Monday forever or for a year, say? I don’t want to have to add the email action 52 times in the workflow.
