Is the 500 e-mails sent per day via sequencing associated per-user or for the whole team?

Is the limit 500/day at 50 per sequence?
Can I enroll 500 in a sequence but do it at a rate of 50 per add (10X on day 1)and all would receive the initial email on Day 1 then be in the sequence through it’s duration
