Scheduled Email Count

Hi all,

I have a bunch of sequences going and want to be able to have an overview of the amount of emails I’m sending by the day. Kind of like a calendar month view of the upcoming/selected month and be able to quickly see how many emails I’m sending on each day so I can schedule my emails accordingly to stay under the 1000 limit.
I know that when I’m enrolling a contact in a sequence and choosing when to launch the sequence it shows on the bottom the email limit count, but I’ve found that it just shows 0 after a couple weeks (when I know for a fact that I have emails scheduled for then).
Is there a feature or way to do what I’m trying to do? It would make my life so much easier!
Thanks!

Hi @YFeld,

As far as I know, this is unfortunately not possible at this stage. However, other users have requested this before: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Sequences-Scheduled-Email-tally-totals-by-date/idi-p/812765

These requests submitted to the HubSpot Ideas section of the community are reviewed by the HubSpot product team, based on their popularity and the assumed demand. I’d recommend commenting and upvoting.

You can also help other HubSpot users find this request more easily (and drive traction) by accepting my reply as a solution. I’d appreciate it, too.

Have a great day!

@YFeld if you are really at the 1000 emails per day, do you do all this with one sender, or do you have at least 20 different senders? Why this matters. HubSpot sequences uses your own email through which you are sending the email, which means sending 1000 emails every day from one inbox can get you in trouble and can ruin your inbox or even a domain.
BTW, what kind of a sequence do you have with that high volume?
