Hi,
I wondered if there was a way to preset property column view on all users? I’m currently Super Admin, and have 3 staff that use Hubspot. Users will increase as I need to provide our sales team with a login, however everyone needs one single unified view of property columns for both contacts and companies.
Is there any way I can preset this?

Thank you for your reply. I’ve followed the steps you suggested for pre-set properties, however what I’m talking about is the pre set column view when you navigate to the contacts or companies page.
I need my users to be able to have the same view without them having to individually go in and amend their column view.

Gotcha @laurengarghan. However, HubSpot gives individual users great flexibility in how they view and interact with contacts, companies, deals, etc.. It’s not possible to FORCE your view filter on others (by default).
That being said, the only way to GUARANTEE that all your HubSpot users see the exact same view (by default) is going to take few steps. (with benefits) haha
-1- You build a custom view to appear exactly the way you’d like everyone to see it.
-2- Share that view with ‘Everyone’
-3- Ask your HubSpot users to select your view as their default view.

One of the HUGE benefits of training your team to do this is that should the occasion ever arise for you to update that view for your team, you’d simply update it and BOOM [

] … the team will see the updated view the next time they navigate to contacts, companies, deals, etc..
