Set default columns in prospecting leads

How to set default columns in the tab “leads” in the prospecting workspace ?

Hey @audreydess, thank you for posting in our Community!

You can click on the Leads tab to access the list of your leads. Click on the Actions dropdown menu and select Edit columns.

In the Edit Columns settings, you can choose which columns you want to display by checking the boxes next to them.

For more information, you can refer to the HubSpot guide on managing leads in the prospecting workspace

To our top experts, @TomM2 and @Jnix284 do you have any recommendations for @audreydess?

Thank you,

Pam

Thanks Pam !
I would like to set default columns or somehow a way to apply my columns selection to all users in Hubspot :slightly_smiling_face:

Hey @audreydess,

By accessing the ‘Edit Columns’ option, you can seamlessly incorporate properties into the default view. Simply navigate to the ‘Edit Columns’ feature and search for the desired property to add it to a column.

Best Regards,

Thanks @himanshurauthan but it doesn’t apply to all users ?

I love how two different people gave the same response and neither one answered your question.

I would like to know how to do this as well. I want my Sales team to start using the Leads tab in the Sales workspace, but I need to set a Default View for the columns for the entire team, not just for my own view.

Does not look like anyone has provided a solution for this yet. How can a super admin set default lead columns in the sales workspace for each lead pipeline or team? I’m trying to get 25+ sales reps to update it themselves to 15 needed columns and it has been difficult to get them to do it even though they can’t see what they need until they do :expressionless_face:.

Hi everyone!

I wanted to follow up on this as I see it’s marked as Solved, but did not actually answer the users question.

“Does it apply to all users”

YES. Whatever columns you set for a Custom View on any object will carry across for all users who look at that view, assuming you clicked “save” after setting your columns.

Hopefully that helps!
