Hello.
I use the Hubspot Outlook 365 Addin. And it is perfect. In Hubspot it shows me all data from the contact. Hubpot create the contacts and add the mails to the contacts.
It is now possible, that not everybody can see the mails what I sent to my contacts?
Maybe that not everybody can see my contacts only I.
Is there a way, that I can use that Addin without that all mails are directly sync in Hubspot and everybody can see the content of the mails.

If other HubSpot users can see your contacts, they can also see the emails logged for those contacts. In other words, the only way to prevent them from seeing your email communication is to restrict them from viewing your contacts, companies, deals etc.
To accomplish this, your HubSpot admin would have to edit the user permissions for everyone: Manage user permissions
Specifically, they would have to update the object access to Owned only, for example: HubSpot user permissions guide
