email access and visibility

Hello to everybody,

i have just entered the hubspot community and set the CRM for the company I work for.

I would like to ask you regarding the email access and visibility.

we already connected our outlook with the Hubspot email, and I really need to know when I am sending an email to a contact, the context is visible to anybody (super admin,admin,users)

what if I want to send something confidential bu at the same time want to keep a record through Hubspot?

Welcome to the HubSpot Community!

Super Administrators would be able to see everything.

I recommend creating user permissions that allow only owned contacts to be seen by only their contact owners. This would help you with confidential information, however, Super Administrators would still be able to view emails and contact records.
