There are two good options for Chatflows: the chatbot and AI agent. I work with a clinical trial company, and participants ask questions. We need to be precise with our language, and cannot have AI rephrase. We want to build a chat bot that only gives one response, instead of giving mulitple articles which may confuse participants, and there is not a current way to this.
I have built 2, (one AI agent and one chat bot), but the chat bot version always shows 3 articles when it should only show the most relevant and allowed participants to click on the knowledge based article which i didn’t like. However, AI agent rephrases from the knowledge base which we can not have.
