I like the current beta AI chatbot, but it’s kind of a bummer we can only have 1. I’d love to set up one “support” bot that is trained on our help documentation and users guides, and one “sales” bot that is trained on our website product pages.
I tried to train our bot on both and it end up with some muddled messaging.
