It could be nice to have a possibility to open/expand the chat window by clicking on a custom button. Plenty of people would like to have (and need) this option.

Surprised this is a new idea, and makes a lot of sense to get better customer interaction rather than having buttons direct them to other forms when there is a great chat system ready for them to use.

I haven’t used a chat widget that doesn’t have this functionality. definitely a +1. Any basic JS API would make it very useful.

Would be amazing to have the Bots to appear when a click is triggered via a button or link.
Like a Driftlink! Can also be accomplished with a Javascript call.

Yes! This would be an amazing feature to have.
I agree - we were going to test this with a Drift link, but now that HubSpot has the bot available, I would like to keep it all within the platform.
