We would like to be able to control the payment methods shown when raising a quote with a payment link.
Currently, the payment methods settings force us to select at least one of the available payment methods (credit/debit card, BACS, SEPA).
This however, does not define what options will show as available, but which ones will show as pre-selected.
That causes two separate issues to us:
1. Forced preselection
We deal with both B2C and B2B clients and we wish to use debit card for B2C and BACS for B2B. Therefore, we prefer to have none of the options pre-ticked, so that the HS user will go under the thought process of which of the two they should activate, depending on the client they are raising a quote for. Since we are now forced to select at least one payment method, we show to the user the debit card option pre-selected for B2B customers, and they need to catch this and untick it to tick BACS instead. It would be much easier if nothing was pre-selected.
2. Payments in EUR/USD
Even if we have SEPA and ACH payment methods deactivated in the settings, they still show unticked as available payment options when we raise a quote in EUR or USD. We want to be able to hide these completely, since our process requires the users to send a different payment link to customers from an external platform.
