I would like to disable reps from editing the “Payment options” when they are creating quotes.
We recently rolled out a new process where we want ops to control and standardize all of the invoicing and payments. We want data and process consistency across the board - right now a big issue for us is that some deals are paid via Quotes, some via invoices, and some manually. In the ideal world for us, we will have one invoice for every payment (at least, for non-subscriptions)
However, after msging support, I noticed that we can’t lock this option account wide.
