Hi - I previously used Hubspot with an Outlook integration and it worked fine. It’s been a few years since I’ve used this Hubspot/Outlook combo and from what I read online, this extension doesn’t work with the new Outlook. However, there is a new extension/app that through my research that I should be using. I followed all steps and I have my inbox connected within Hubspot platform but when I try to continue the set up for outlook, I keep getting this notification. I am the admin, so contacting the admin won’t do any good.

Which Outlook integration are you looking to connect? My best suggestion is when it comes to integrations, reach out to HubSpot Support or whomever the provider of the Integration is.

At this time, it is suggested to use the HubSpot Sales Office 365 add-in for any new Outlook email connections. Could you clarify if this is the extension you are using?
Are you also the admin for your Microsoft account? That would be the admin referred in this error. Typically we see this when there is a permission issue on the Microsoft side. This Microsoft article walks you through some potential solutions that may require the help of your IT team.
