Hi, My Hubspot to outlook connection isn’t working.

I’m using Outlook on Chrome.

I’ve already updated Chrome and relaunched it, done reconnection n the Integration tab in Hubspot, and still getting the extension “thinking” without opening the tab for logging emails and creating new contacts.

Hubspot to Outlook connection not working would be an incorrect Exchange URL, an outdated Exchange server, incorrect credentials, or a lack of permission to send mail on behalf of the specified sending account.
