Outlook add-in

Hello,
Does anyone here is using the Hubspot Outlook add-in for the Outlook app or Outlook web in a Mac?
I tried installing the add-in on my Outlook web but still to no avail, cannot see the BCC address which is our way to track and log emails in Hubspot.

Could you please check if you’ve installed the right version of the HubSpot Sales add-in?

If you’re using Outlook on the web, please install the Office 365 add-in:

Please also note that a connected inbox is required in order to use the Office 365 HubSpot Sales add-in.

I was sure that i installed the correct installer. but still cannot use the add-in
