I am trying to install the hub spot add in to Outlook on my Mac. The install seems to happen but there is now Hubspot icon appearing on my tool bar. I have 365 business but believe that my outlook is a MSI install. Do I need click to run install - Its all getting a bit frustrating now and not straightforward so might just move to another provider. Any help would be appreciated
Hey @DCampbell35 HubSpot’s desktop add-in doesn’t support mac. You need to install the office 365 add-in on your office 365 account, there’s a bit more info here.
Its no longer officially supported.
however!
if you go back to the legacy classic version, you can install the addin, and then go back to the main version and it stays. I had to get my system admin to app but after that it works perfectly.

HubSpot plug-in does not seem to work in the new Microsoft Outlook for Mac, but there’s a fix!
In order for it to work, first install HubSpot Sale from Microsoft Marketplace. On Outlook, go under File and select Legacy Outlook. Then, go back and reactivate the New Outlook. HubSpot Sales plug-in should be visible and usable.
