Would be incredibly useful to have a NEXT TICKET button next to the < TICKETS button that returns you to the ticket list. It’s very slow and cumbersome to go back to the list just to get to the next ticket. Just let me click to the next one in the queue.
This is absolutely a necessary feature. Going through a ton of tickets and having to click back to the list, find where you were (even though the ticket you were working on might not qualify for the list anymore), and click the next ticket is a ton of extra steps.
Also, every other ticketing system I have worked in has a next button. . . .
The Next Record button/feature could be used in most Hubspot screens

Agree absolutely necessary. We have a weekly cross functional meeting reviewing anywhere between 5-50 tickets. Page reloads slow the meeting and make it hard to “whizz through” tickets. Waiting for HubSpot to load the tickets page then load the new ticket frustrates everyone in the meeting.
I’m hoping to encourage greater adoption of HubSpot across all our teams. This seems such a small addition that would make all our lives easier!
* Would also like to add that a previous ticket button would be helpful too.
