Suddenly, yesterday, I was not able to log in to my account, which I have had for 5+ years. I had worked in it without issue the night before, and then in the morning, couldn’t get back in. Yesterday I went through all of the steps offered for free accounts, but nothing worked. I had to create a new account to be able to access the community function because everything requires me to be able to access my HS account. Super frustrating.
Please help! Thanks.
Hi @SFerguson193 , thanks for flagging this. I took a look, and it appears you’re already in touch with HubSpot Support, which is the best next step for account access and verification issues like this. They’ll be able to review what’s happening on the backend and help get you back in. Please keep us posted if anything changes or if you need help navigating next steps.
Best, Victor
Hi, this is super frustrating. Can I upgrade to a paid account to get proper support? Keep in mind, I can’t log in to do that from my account…
Hi - this is still unresolved and my DM’s on Reddit are unanswered. If I could upgrade my account to get support, I would do that, but of course I can’t do that because I can’t access my account. Is my access just gone forever or can it be resolved?
Hi Suzanne,
Thanks again for your patience here — I know this has been really frustrating.
I can see that our support team shared some steps related to a DNS/MX record issue with your email domain.
Were you able to share those details with your email/IT provider and have them update the MX records for your domain?
If you did, what happened afterward? For example, are you still not receiving HubSpot verification/login emails, or are you seeing any new error messages?
Once we know exactly what’s been tried and what changed (if anything), we can help figure out the best next steps.
Please let me know
Best, Victor
Do you have any insight on what the turnaround time is? Someone acknowledged my request, but that’s it. Will it be hours, days? I’m not sure what the expecation should be, so any insight is helpful.
