i connected several of my emails as channels on the inbox settings in email in general settings. I can see new mails sent to these email accounts in the inbox in contacts module, but I can’t see my old mails? Why is this? Because I need to access my old mails before I linked it so I can have all my mails in one space. Both old and new mails.

When you connect new channels (be that email or anything else) they will never log historic emails and conversations, only ever from the time of initial connection.
