E-mail connection

Hi!

I’ve used HubSpot in the past without any issues, but this time I can’t figure out how to connect my email. I’d like it set up so that when I open a contact, I can see the full email history.

I don’t understand, because my email is already connected in the settings. I also tried connecting the inbox, but every time I receive or send an email, new contacts keep getting created and I’m not sure how to prevent that.

Someone help please lol

Hey, @KRivest :waving_hand: I sense that this needs to be in a different section. Are you connecting your email as described here? — Connect Your Sales Email. My hunch is that is correct. To your other point, you should not connect your personal email to a Connected Inbox. Those are intended for joint or other shared accounts.
