I have to login everytime on the Mobil app. Is that normal, if so what’s the purpose of the app as I could just go to the website and log in? Thx

If mobile apps repeatedly require you to log in with every visit, the first troubleshooting step is to uninstall the app and then reinstall it. Have you already tried that?
If you’ll encounter the same behavior with the desktop version of the software, I recommend enabling 2-factor authentication which usually helps.
