We really need to be able to create payments pages in multiple languages. Current information from HubSpot CS is that the payment tool is only supported in the U.S. and is therefore set to default language of English. There are tens of thousands of people in the U.S., however, who do not speak English.

Yes. That’s kind of a blocker.
Now all the workflow can be in another language, but the confirmation email is sent in English.
HubSpot Product Team I’d like to add my voice to this request, as this limitation is currently affecting the experience we offer to our users.
We run a healthcare platform in Mexico, and all our users are Spanish-speaking physicians. Our entire website, onboarding, and workflows are localized in Spanish — yet the payment pages and membership system pages often fall back to English, especially in Safari, even when the browser and system are fully set to Spanish.
We’ve followed all localization best practices:
-Our site is built using a premium theme (Act3 by Neambo) that supports language localization through messages.json.
- We’ve configured our domain and child theme correctly.
- The problem is not present in Chrome, but consistently occurs in Safari — particularly with HubSpot-hosted system content (payment pages, login forms).
This isn’t just an aesthetic detail. It affects trust and usability for professionals in regulated industries (like healthcare), where a single word in the wrong language can undermine credibility or make users hesitate during checkout.
Please consider making language selection configurable or enforceable in hosted pages like payments and membership. Even if it’s not based on user browser language, being able to force the experience into one language (e.g., via URL param or HubSpot setting) would be extremely helpful.
Thanks for your consideration — and for the great tools you’re building!
