More options for Sequence reporting

Sequence reporting is extremely limited.

Some valuable additions would be:

1. More pre-built templates in the Template Library - adding the insights sections that are on the Sequences page and making it customizable to allow the removal of specific metrics we don’t use would be perfect.

2. Being able to drill down to data in custom sequence report

e.g.

  • When clicking into a “Meetings Booked” KPI, show only meetings scheduled, not all enrollments of the sequence.
  • When pivot table columns are Sequence Name, Sequence enrolled by, and values are Meetings Booked, show only the Meetings Booked in that sequence for the person it was enrolled by. Currently, it shows total Meetings Booked of the entire sequence in each row.

3. Reporting on Sequence Tasks and associated calls with Sequences being the primary object

I find it hard to believe you and I are the only people asking for this! I struggle very much with getting Sequence reporting into a dashboard, and it’s frustrating since what I want to see is so well reported on an individual sequence page, so I know HubSpot CAN report on these things.

Your bullet #3 is my current headache - I can report on sequence tasks, but I can’t tell if a user actually DID the task or just marked it as done to get it off their and their manager’s task reporting (ie calls made vs task completed).
