So I am using the Monday.com Integration to pull in HubSpot Contacts. I am using the “When a new contact is created in HubSpot LIST, create an item and sync all future changes from HubSpot.”
However, when I do that, only net new HubSpot Contacts are imported. The integration seems to be ignoring any existing contacts. This becomes a pain, because while I can create new contacts to import into Monday.com … I would lose all of the contact details.

I found this solution from @nickanscombe on this post “Sync contacts and their activity and/or notes to Monday?” that might help you!
Also, @Baduist are you still using Monday.com? If yes, have you been able to sync existing contacts to Monday.com to help @asultan90, please?

If you are still encountering this behavior after checking the post I shared, since this is a third-party application which has not been developed by HubSpot, I’d recommend getting in touch with Monday.com’s support since they will be the best point of contact for this.

The native integration could often miss existing contacts and mostly picks up just new ones going forward. If using 3rd party tools is ok for you, Skyvia enables syncing both existing and new contacts with all details.
