I just got Monday and love that it integrates with HS. My question though, is how do I make the list automatically add contacts the same way my current contacts directory is adding contacts for me? It seems there’s no way to create a list with no criteria selected. Does that mean that it won’t automatically add the contacts in the same way? I want them all added, I don’t care about the situation or filters really, just want them all in there so they can be added to the pipeline in Monday.

I would recommend beginning by exporting your contacts from HubSpot. HubSpot typically allows you to export contacts in a CSV format compatible with Monday. Navigate to Monday and find the option to import contacts or data. Upload the CSV file containing your contacts exported from HubSpot. Follow the prompts to complete the import process.
After importing, take a moment to review the imported data on Monday. Ensure that all contacts are accurately imported. You can then organize them into lists based on your preferences.

The native Monday, HubSpot integration won’t pull all contacts automatically without filters, it needs criteria to trigger the sync.
