I love the method of the invoicing picking up all the line items. We would love to utilize this as a field ticket for our service team. I just wish there was a way to modify core fields of the object in the invoice, this way we can customize it for us to generate field tickets for our customers. If we can modify the title then every field should be modifiable. This is really important to us. This should definalty be included in the feature enhancements to the plateform.
Hey there @MAmer1
Thank you for posting!
At the moment, core invoice properties can’t be modified or removed
You can check this knowledge base article for a workaround: HubSpot's default invoice properties
I would also recommend sharing this as an Idea in the Ideas Forum and sharing it with others for upvoting it
Finally, I’m tagging a few experts in case they’ve seen other approaches — hey @Lucila-Andimol @Josh @Jonathan_Vaz, any additional ideas here?
Best

Hi @MAmer1,
What is the source of the invoice? Is this coming in from an external system, or is it converted by something else in HubSpot (Deal and Quote)?
My thought is that you could latch on to a property from one of these other records to use in the field tickets for your customers. I’m thinking something like this:
You’d want to spend some more time on the filters so you know it’s being created based on the correct invoice and copying from the right object, but in theory, it could work.
If it’s coming from an external system, you’d probably have a couple of other steps you’d need to take but it could still work in the same way, you’d just have to pass values to another object as well and not just the invoice. It would essentially just be in place so you could then pass the info you need to the field ticket.
Hopefully this at least gets some sort of work around in place for you.
Thanks for the ping @Victor_Becerra!
