I have a record of 9 certifications I completed in Academy, but I left the company and couldn’t transfer them to my personal email. What can I do?

It sounds like you might’ve already followed the steps, but just for future reference or anyone stumbling upon this thread you can transfer your own certifications. If you still have access to the old email, like seen in this knowledge base article here: Transfer Academy certifications to another email address
The above article also highlights limitations around any certifications that cannot be transferred so I suggest reading through that article regardless. If you don’t have access to your old email, please feel free to say send me a private message/DM and I’ll gladly assist in transferring over any certifications from the old email to the new email.
