I need to transfer certs from old company email to my personal email.

To start, if you still have access to the old email, (like seen in this knowledge base article here: Transfer Academy certifications to another email address ) then you should be able to transfer the certifications on your own. You can do that by following the linked knowledge based article above.
The above article also highlights limitations around any certifications that cannot be transferred so I suggest reading through that as well.
If you don’t have access to your old email, please feel free to send me a private message/DM and I’ll gladly assist in transferring over any certifications from the old email to the new email.
