I need to move my certifcation from my old work email address to a personal one (so I don’t lose them). I did that last time via a chat but don’t have the option anymore.
Can someone help please?
Hey @CMortimer53 normally you would need access to the previous account to use the certification transfer tool.
I’m not sure if you can take certifications from an account you no longer have access to, however @CommunityTeam might be able to confirm that!

@TomM2 is correct. You can self-serve using the option he linked above. And if that fails, you can submit this form and choose the Academy Transfer option and we’ll take a look. — Jaycee
