Our team is good about using Notes about contacts and companies, even pinning the most important note. We also regularly schedule meetings and take notes within the meeting coments.
We find the meeting notes are very difficult to find after the fact. Being on a separate tab as Notes makes the experience disjointed. We’d like to see then notes and meeting notes consolidated into a single feed.
Any suggestions?

Have you considered using the filtered timeline view? This is the tool that HubSpot has designated for this use case:
Yes, it involves three more clicks but once one gets used to it, it’s the best way to maneuver around and find activities.

Thanks for the suggestion. Yes, that helps but we do have regular meetings
so the extra clicks into each meeting makes it likely that important notes
aren’t getting surfaced. I’m looking to have the meeting comments be
more obvious.
upvoting. we have LOTS of meetings at a company level, most which are training or support, and don’t need notes logged in hubspot. we log notes for meetings with leadership, which is only about 1/8 of total meetings. so we would only want to see meetings with notes in that filtered view, but really, we’d want an additional filter on that view that is “meeting notes” and just shows notes from meetings in line with other notes.
