Hello Team,

Submitting this Idea on behalf of the customer victoria.pantus@laba.academy.

The customer is proposing a way to create additional filters for saved views (like the ones the list has) to make deleting unnecessary views easier. According to them, the filters will be useful:

  • Create Date
  • Last Updated
  • Last Activity (or last used)

Also, adding a feature for deleting views in bulk will be great.

Show when a View was Created or Updated

I have a post here asking for the same feature if anyone wants to update and comment there as well! Thank you!

This is very much needed and a great way to allow users to have custom views for their work needs but we should also be able to audit or limit certain properties from being added as columns.

If they add a column they don’t have access too, in the past it would break the whole view for them. For us, we also want to troubleshoot or audit UI for certain users without having to sign in to their account.
