We noticed that in the activity search within a ticket, many engagements are searchable, such as email subject, task text, note text, call text. However, the email body is not searchable. In our opinion, this is an essential object for the search.
We suggest that the email body is also searchable.

I would also really like this. At the moment I can search within company records but email bodies are not indexed, or I can use the global search for email bodies but cannot sort by company. It is really important for email bodies to be indexed in the search within companies. @hubspot Please add this feature soon.
We need that! Otherwise there is a tool break and the employees search in Outlook or another mail tool.
This is still essential. I would not recommend hubspot to a potential customer because of this issue.
i support this one. And I would also suggest that it should be a feature no matter what object you are on. We have customers with many project´s in building and constructions. It will be a huge benefit is you could search in body plus name and email on any activity type and any object.

Just type your keywords directly into the Help Desk search bar, or use the filter options to filter by Messages. If you don’t see it working, please open a support ticket and we’ll look into it.
