LogIn Loop on Google SSO

Hello there,

I am unable to log into HubSpot as there is a LogIn-Loop.

no matter if I use Passkey, SSO, or an alternative method, I get back to the login screen giving me the same option. Thankfully I installed the chrome connection - I can log in via that.

I checked and there are no cookies associated.

Do you have any ideas how i can solve this?

Here are a few troubleshooting steps to try:

  1. Try an incognito/private window: have you tested this yet? This rules out any browser extensions or cached data causing the issue.
  2. Clear your browser cache and cookies: even if you don’t see HubSpot-specific cookies, a full cache clear can help resolve login loops.
  3. Try a different browser entirely: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc. to see if the issue is browser-specific.
  4. Disable browser extensions: some extensions (ad blockers, privacy tools) can interfere with the login flow. Try disabling them and logging in again.
  5. Check your network/VPN: if you’re on a VPN or corporate network, try disabling it temporarily and logging in again.

Since you’re able to log in via the Chrome extension, it does suggest this may be a browser or session-related issue rather than an account issue.

I tried 1/2/4/5.

It works in incognito - I have not tried a different browser. As I can access via the extension button next to the Chrome URL.

I hope with one or the other future updates, it will be fix itself.

Hi @RamonaF , this is often caused by a browser session or authentication issue rather than the account itself. Since the Chrome extension works, your account is likely fine. I’d try opening HubSpot in an Incognito window, disabling any ad blockers/privacy extensions, and testing in a different browser or on another network. If the issue persists across all login methods, it’s worth contacting HubSpot Support, they can check for any authentication or SSO-related issues on the backend. Hope you get it resolved soon!
