Login issues

Hopefully this is the right thread. We have 3 sites with 4 user accounts running on a free hubspot account.
I can login to hubspot.com with all user account. I can log into hubspot all user accounts on all 3 of our WordPress sites (hubspot plugin) using chrome Version 104.0.5112.81 (or any current vrs of chrome). I cannot login to hubspot using any user account on any of our 3 WordPress sites (hubspot plugin) using Firefox 103.0.1 (or any recent vrs) or edge (any vrs) on any of our 6 computers.
Process: enter user name and password > 2 factor authentication > enter code > get access for 1 second bounces us back to the login screen. Account with no 2 factor authentication has the same issue.
I suspected there was a conflict with another WordPress plugin. I have removed a few and deactivated most others but still same issue. Obviously we cannot be the only one with browser issues and across so many vrs and so many computers so I don’t think it is browser. I have spoken to hubspot who assures me it is not an account issues. I have reset the account a few times I get the below screen after reset and then when I click back on hubspot plugin link I go back to login. Again on login atempt it allows access for a second then bounces us back out. Any ideas?

Hi @Easton,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community!

Can you tell me what happens if you open the page in a new Firefox window? According to this Firefox support article opening the page in a new tab or a new window should solve the issue and you should be able to use the extension or log into HubSpot.

Can you also please make sure that you’re using the latest version of Firefox? Thank you!

If this won’t work, can you please send me a DM via my Community profile and include the following information:

  • link to this Community post
  • your account ID
  • the email addresses of users who aren’t able to log into HubSpot in Firefox
  • a video of the behavior in Firefox (ou can use apps such as Loom or Viyard)

Thank you!

Cheers
