All morning Live Chat is not avialable, anyone else having this problem? No errors, jst states it isnt available. Also Call back isnt available

This is not uncommon, sometimes the support team is not available and you’ll have to log a ticket and choose email. This could be due to high support volume, bank holidays etc.
Changing your language to English, if it’s not set to English, can speed things up.
