I am the super admin and when I set a lead status and save it. It works. But then, after about five or 10 minutes it changes back to the original.

That sounds like there is an automation (workflow) that is overwriting your changes.
Have you checked the lead status in question by hovering over the lead status and clicking “details”?
This will open a “history” pop up which shows all changes to the property and what caused them.

Hello Frank, thank you so much for your kind reply. I’ve just done this. This is what the screen grab looks like. After I created the post, I was thinking, it only seems to do it with statuses, I have customised. I created one called “meeting being booked” and it kept switching back to in progress after 5 minutes. I then changed it to one that was created by Apollo already as a default and this time it sticks. I noticed this as well as I tried doing it with a different custom status, and I had the same issue? Have you ever experienced issues when you’ve tried to customise the lead status and then set it to that?
