Hi, I used to be able to customize the Lead Status of my Contacts, create new ones etc. It seems that I can’ do it any longer.. Do you have any solutions ?

Hey @Aubin can you confirm what you mean by ‘Lead Status’? Are you referring to ‘Lifecycle Stage’? This is a default HubSpot property group that cannot be edited/customized.

i see this quation is old and is still open. How to customize the lead status, since I do not like the options hubstop provides?
Go to settings, choose “properties”.
And then search “Lead Status”. It will show up.
Then click “Edit” to make changes.
