Can I add or edit options under the lead status or Life cycle drop down menus?

Since certain lifecycle stages are updated automatically by HubSpot, the property’s options cannot be edited. The Lead status values however can be customized. Simply navigate to Settings > Properties, search for Lead status, click on it and you should see a screen like this:
Scroll down and click “Add an option”:
