Customise lead status

Hi. I’m trying to match Apollo <> Hubspot Sales Lead Status, and I don’t see where in Hubspot I can change those. I found Properties → Lead Stages but those can’t be edited it seems? Can someone point me in the right direction, please?

These are the current stages

  • New
  • Open
  • In Progress
  • Open Deal
  • Unqualified
  • Attempted to Contact
  • Connected
  • Bad Timing

And I’d like to add these:

  • Cold
  • Approaching
  • Replied
  • Interested
  • Not Interested
  • Unresponsive
  • Do Not Contact
  • Bad Data

I’m not familiar with the Apollo integration but lead (object) stages are customised here: Set up and manage object pipelines

If you’re referring to contact lead status, you should be able to edit the property: Create and edit properties

If neither of the above apply, can you please share a screenshot of what you’re attempting to edit?
