Lead Scoring Email Open

Hello,

I have set up lead scoring for email opens.

Email Open = 5 points.

I only want the contact to get score once for this individual email, but get scores for everytime they open other indicual emails.

For example, right now I have a contact who opened the same email 5 times today, so he scored 25 points. But in reality, I only want that behaviour to be scored once.

If I cap the scoring to 5, he won’t get scored on future emails opened.

Hi @HRees ,

Not sure if this will solve your problem, but did you try limit this with timeframe?

I am curious to know as well :slightly_smiling_face:

I also have an issue with email opens, I want to exclude a specific email that i send weekly as this sits outside of outreach and the email has the same name each week but the option is only a checkbox so I now have to go back each week to add the next email in :sob: I feel like there should be a “doesn’t contain” option.

Hi,

I also see a pattern of unusually high email opens and clicks on several contacts in our marketing campaigns, which doesn’t appear to reflect genuine engagement. Some contacts are showing dozens of opens/clicks within a short span, which is inconsistent with typical human behavior and is significantly skewing our engagement metrics and lead scoring.

Wondering if we have any solutions available to give an engagement score based on unique email engagements instead.
