Lead Overview & Lead Association Card Customizations

Contacts and Companies will have mutliple Leads (lead object). We do not, however, have the ability to create either of the following to support filtering through the numerous associated Leads. Lead objects are not listed as an associated object to choose when creating:

  • Overview Associated Lead Record Card
  • Custom Associated Object Card

This could be used to custom filter and list only open leads, which can get burried otherwise. Working only out of the Sales Workspace is not a sufficient process flow.

I agree with this - leads don’t make much sense at all if you can’t attach leads to a company page. Missing feature currently making leads a bit of a non-starter for sales management.

really struggling with this issue! Why can I create a lead association card for a custom object record view, but not for company record view? I would have thought that feature would make it’s way to native objects before custom.
