When I create a new Lead on a Company I can then associate Contacts to that Lead. This provides me with ALL Contacts in our system, it would help me as a user when this would be prefiltered on the associated Company. That filter should be easy to disable in the process. Could be an icon representing a Company with a Filter icon which is on or off by default (system-wide setting).
