I’m looking to create a last activity type or last step property on Deals (Email, call, meeting). Any suggestions on how to do this either with a workflow or property sync?

As of now this would require a custom code action in Operations Hub Professional and Enterprise – with the out-of-the-box filters and criteria, this can unfortunately not be done: Workflows | Custom Code Actions - HubSpot docs
